Cancellation Policy
If Kiwiana Tours cancels a tour for any reason beyond our control there will be a 10% fee of the purchase price to cover any costs incurred. However, if there are no costs incurred to Kiwiana Tours we will refund 100% of any money received or move your booking to an alternative date for no charge.
If you cancel your booking there is a $60.00 cancellation fee if you have simply changed your mind.
If you CANCEL within 14 days before the departure date, there is no refund.
Failure to pay the full amount before the date of departure will be deemed a cancellation by default.
Transferring Tours
If you wish to transfer to another tour and there is space available there will be an administration charge of $10.
